Using Grok Imagine

These terms apply to your use of Grok Imagine, including AI image and video generation, image editing tools, credits and subscriptions. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and security

The service uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and for activity under your Grok Imagine account. Provide accurate account information and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Account access may be restricted when needed to investigate abuse or protect the service.

Your inputs and permitted use

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process any prompt, photo, video or other material. Do not submit content that violates applicable law, infringes others' rights, impersonates people unlawfully, contains malware or attempts to compromise the service. Do not attempt to evade access controls, payment verification or credit deductions.

You permit the service and the providers it uses to process and store your inputs as necessary to fulfill your requests and operate the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original uploads to Grok Imagine.

AI-generated results

AI results can contain errors, unwanted changes or similarities to other material. You must review accuracy, identity, branding, rights and suitability before using or publishing an output. We do not guarantee a particular result, exclusivity, copyright eligibility or permission for every commercial use. Model providers may impose additional conditions. Visual examples illustrate possible creative directions and are not guarantees of output from a selected model.

Credits, pricing and subscriptions

The pricing page describes available plans and credit packs. The model, resolution, duration and image quantity affect generation cost; review the displayed estimate before submitting. The server determines the applicable price and credit charge.

Subscriptions are charged for the selected billing interval. Yearly subscriptions are billed as the stated annual total, with the annual credit allocation issued after successful payment. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Review checkout details and any stated expiration conditions before paying. Renewing subscriptions continue until canceled under the provider's available cancellation flow.

The service records credit grants, consumption and reversals. Tasks that the service marks as failed or canceled are eligible for an automatic credit reversal under the implemented task flow; a reversal is not a cash refund. If the ledger or task result appears incorrect, provide the relevant task or order number to support. Do not submit the same request repeatedly while a task is still processing.

Cancellation and refund requests

Use the available billing controls to manage a subscription. For a payment or refund question, submit a support request with the order number. Requests are assessed according to the transaction, payment-provider rules and applicable law; these terms do not promise a universal refund window or automatic refund for every completed generation. Any statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

Availability and storage

Models, supported parameters and features may change. Provider failures or service interruptions can delay tasks. Generated files are copied to configured storage, but we do not promise unlimited availability or permanent storage. Download important results and keep your own backup.

Service rights and responsibility

Grok Imagine's interface, branding and service code remain the property of their respective rights holders. Your rights in uploads and outputs are subject to your existing rights, applicable law and provider conditions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every output or feature will meet every purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and support

We may update these terms or restrict access for misuse, security or legal reasons. The updated date above identifies the current version. Questions about accounts, generation, credits or billing can be submitted through Contact.
